What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the issue. Our team will review and assist you with an exchange or refund.
Are customized or stitched products returnable?
No. Customized, stitched, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
How does the refund process work?
If a refund is approved:
- 20% of the order value will be deducted as handling and payment processing charges
- 80% of the amount will be refunded to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days
Who pays for return shipping?
For approved returns, customers are required to courier the product back to us.
Can I exchange my Product?
Yes, exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to verification and product availability.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

Will there be color or design differences in the product?
Slight variations in color, embroidery, fabric texture, or measurements may occur due to photography lighting, screen settings, or handcrafted detailing. These are normal and not considered defects.
What if embellishments fall off?
Minor embellishment shedding (beads, sequins, etc.) may occur during transit or wear. This is common in embellished garments and does not indicate a defect.
Are there any additional charges for international orders?
Yes, custom duties or taxes, if applicable, must be paid by the customer for international deliveries.
