Shipping Charges
  • Free shipping across India on all orders.
  • For international orders:
    • Free shipping on purchases above INR 20,000
    • Shipping charges for orders below this amount will be displayed at checkout
Order Processing & Dispatch
  • Orders are carefully packed and shipped through reputed courier partners.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Delivery Timeline
  • Estimated delivery time within India is 4–7 working days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Address & Delivery Responsibility
  • Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate address details, including contact number and pin code.
  • chicorawear will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
International Shipping & Customs
  • International shipments may be subject to custom duties, taxes, or import charges as per the destination country’s regulations.
  • Any such charges must be paid by the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Damaged Products During Delivery
