Return & Refund Policy

At chicorawear, all sales are considered final. Please review the product details carefully before placing an order.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds once the product is delivered, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos for verification.
  • Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Customized, stitched, or made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Products that show signs of use, alteration, washing, or damage after delivery will be rejected.
Refunds
  • If a refund is approved, 20% of the order value will be deducted as platform, payment gateway, and handling charges.
  • 60% of the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 working days after inspection.
Exchanges
  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to verification and availability.
  • No exchanges are allowed for color, size, or design preferences.
Important Notes
  • Minor variations in color, embroidery, fabric, or measurements are natural and do not qualify as defects.
  • Slight embellishment loss is common in hand-worked garments and is not considered damage.
